Elizabeth Man Sexually Assaulted Teen: Authorities

A 78-year-old Elizabeth man was arrested and charged with committing sexual offenses against a child on Friday, Oct. 20, authorities said.

Earl Graves, and Elizabeth Police Chief Giacomo Sacca said. Elizabeth police began an investigation in Oct. 2022, authorities said.

Rosenstein was arrested at Newark Liberty International Airport after arriving on a flight from out of the country. He was remanded to the Essex County Jail pending further proceedings, authorities said.
